Family Members accounts?

HI, 

 I have a premium family account on spotify and have two family members on the account. But this isn't shown anywhere on my account. When I go to family plan it just shows a link asking if i'd like to invite anyone. I need to remove one of the two other accounts so this is a problem for me.

Just to be sure, is your account the Premium for Family owner? If it is, you should be able to remove any member by following the steps shown here. We suggest using an incognito window to do so.

Having the exact same issue. Can only invite new members, not see existing members.

Edge, Chome, or Firefox in plain or private mode did not make the information appear.

Any other idea's on how to solve this?
