Family Plan - Cannot listen on seperate devices at the same time

My Question or Issue

 

Hi, My wife and I cannot listen on our phones at the same time. It stops playback for one of us. We 100% have separate accounts and email addresses, and are logged into the correct accounts on our phones.

 

I've even removed her from my plan, and then re-invited her, and the issue is still there. Can somebody help please?

thanks for reaching out !

 

What i would like you to do is for both of you to visit your account overview at Spotify.com and click on "Sign out everywhere".

 

Make sure to remember your credentials then, each one of you should log in with his own credentials on his own device and try playing again.

 

Bear in mind that if you're trying to use the same account or both play music on 1 external device this is not possible.
