Family Plan - Invite Link or email invite get error msg. Can't add members

Family Plan - Invite Link or email invite get error msg. Can't add members

Switched from premium to family plan. Emailed link to family members and they received error msg when trying to access. I then did the direct email invite and rec'd error msg, each time. 

Please let me know how to correct this issue or cancel my subscription.

I rec'd the code and got the message that said I was unable to use the invite code. I tried 3 more times with the same result. Their page says to contact them if I was unable to get the code accepted and this is the email that they sent.

As far as I can tell, there is no help from Spotify to resolve the problem with their system. 

Has anyone gotten their invite code to work? Even if you rec'd the message that it is unredeemable? Please respond with how you were able to use it.
