Family Plan Issues

I purchased the family plan a few weeks ago. Added my wife and a friend to the plan. My wifes phone works with no issues, the friend on the other hand will now work. It keeps saying she is not on the plan/upgrade. We have deleted it from her phone, reinstalled. I have tried doing it on my phone and still same results. 

 

When we try to log on, online, it says the password is not right. We have changed the password and it still no luck. Any ideas?

 

It shows "Active"' on my subsrcption for my friends account.

Tell your friend to log into your Spotify profile on his browser here with his email. His username will be displayed after login.

 

Tell him to check the status of his subscription here:

 

After that, logout of the app, and tell him to be sure to use that username, and not his email address, to login back to his account. It's the one with the Premium features.
