Family Plan Not Working

Family Plan Not Working

Renewed our family membvership yesterday after a recent CC was hacked. Paid for the premium account renewal, and now none of our spotify accounts have premium access. Super inconvenient, especially because you guys dont even have a customer service number. Will be switching over to a different platform if this can not be fixed.

Sorry to hear about your issues, I will do my best to help you here.

 

Just to confirm, when you received your new payment card did you update the new card details on the already existing account? Or did you make a new Spotify account for yourself? 

 

Also, could you take a look here and let me know if these steps were taken to restart the family account?
