Family Plan Plays Same Music: 2 family members can't listen to separate songs

Hi,'

 

When my wife starts to listen to a Podcast on her phone (Spotify family plan) my music stops and I hear her PodCast (and visa versa).  If I change my phone to a song, she hears that.  Driving me crazy...  Thoughts?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

For what you mention, it seems like you and your wife are accessing the same account. Keep in mind that in group subscriptions, each member must have their own personal account, which is linked to the owner of the plan. 

 

In this article you can find all the information to check the subscription and make sure the other person's account is properly linked.
