Family Plan (US Account) but family member is in Japan (as of 9/29/2016)

Hello Team,

I have a US Spotify account, at least rather the account is registered originally in the US with a US credit card. I wanted to share the service with my family member who is in Japan right now at the moment and will be of course have a Japanese IP address. I tried to share the invitation link with him, but to no avail it says in Japanese that the code/ link is not valid. Is there a way I can get my family member in Japan access to Spotify? (I have attached a screenshot with the error code i am receiving in Japanese) Thank you all

Unfortunately, members of the Family Premium subscription must reside at the same address.
