Family Plan log in issues

I upgraded to teh family plan, sent all the invites but when any of the family try to accept the link or invitation they all get the following error. They are not members of another plan - we have all been accessing the one account up to now (only enabling one listener at a time). How do we get past this an get everyone separate user ability? 

 

Error message: 

Cannot join Premium for Family 😞

Hey @dkelly71,

 

I think the Family members are trying to accept the invite while being logged into your account. They can accept the invite while being logged into their own Spotify account.

 

If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up on https://spotify.com/signup

You are a superstar - thank you. Yes they were still logged in to mine. I thought that if they created an account they would have to select a package & pay. All solved - thank you!
