Family Plan: streaming from account B causes ofline playback from account A to pause

Family Plan: streaming from account B causes ofline playback from account A to pause

I have the family plan, so I have an older account login (user A) and newer account login (user B).

 

This morning I was listening to offline playback on user A through my iPhone.

 

Wife started streaming at home on user B through Sonos. (the login is definitely user B, there are no playlists associated with this account yet, it's brand new). When she started streaming on user B, my user A account was paused. Then when I started playing user A, user B was paused.

 

Any suggestions to fix this?

This problem is limited to streaming one user through Sonos. So the Sonos is misconfigured or buggy.

 

I can stream user A from the mac, and user B from the phone, with no issues. Adding Spotify via Sonos to the mix and one user gets kicked out.
