Family Plan - unable to Join

I figured it might be a fun idea to setup a family plan for the holidays. After doing so my parents and little brother were unable to join the plan.

All the error message says 'currently unable to join this family plan'.

Seeing what the conditions were I figured because I created the family plan by using a pc at another address, it saw our family as not living in the same household. But I can not seem to find a menu where I can set this straight.

I'm at a loss, please help.

Btw. We are all using Facebook to log-in and my Spotify address shows a postal code while other members of my family their account does not. The Facebook accounts are all set up the same way with only the City showing.
