I am really desapointed because I sent the invite to my wife to join as part of my family susbscription and she is not able to activate it, the message received is that she is not living in the same physical address, come on!!

Where this information is verified or how can I be sure thta the physical address is the same, please help me!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
