Family Premium Problem

Family Premium Problem

Greetings everyone,

 

so i have made a Family Premium account and invited the other five members

without a problem and everything worked fine.

Now a few days ago, one member couldn't use the Premium features anymore

(and still can't, despite that the address is correct) and if i try to get to my

Family Premium settings the Error in the screenshot shows up.

I tried to use different browsers but that didn't help.

Does anyone know how to get this thing work again and if there is a chance to invite

the lost member again?

 

Please help.

Hey @heinradth, welcome to the Community!

 

Do they have any trouble accepting the invite using an incognito window? They can also try copying and pasting the invite code they receive in the email here.

 

If that doesn't help, ask them to try from a different device to see if there's a difference.

I'm sorry.

 

i have the same thread in german already with someone who helps me. 

This one can be closed.

But the Problem is at Spotifys end apperantly and now i have to find a way to contact the support team without facebook or twitter (cause i don't have both).
