Family Premium account, but can’t listen to songs without internet

My Question or Issue

 I have a family premium account, so I should be able to listen to songs without internet, but I can’t. I can only listen to the songs I downloaded.

Good question!

Premium is the full featured pack of Spotify! One those features is being able to listen to songs offline. But to do so, you first need to download those songs.

Spotify app get's the songs from the Spotify servers and you can listen to them.

Bottom line, your device can't store all the 30M+ songs Spotify has available. 

Beside that, all the users have a limit of 3333 songs they can download up to 3 devices, each of them.
