I got premium and family since years but today I learned that there is no zip code saved for my account, which makes the identification of family members impossible. I cant change or update it anywhere, regardless of which payment options I choose.
Any options? Just cancellation?

How did you find out that there's no ZIP code in your registered Premium for Family address? I'm asking because there's no way to view the registered address.
If you enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. That's the only way to change the address.
Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account 🙂
