Family Premium - kein Abo???

Hallo,

ich habe Family Premium am 17.1. eingerichtet und per Lastschrift bezahlt.

 

Dachte, es verlängert sich automatisch, aber nun bekomme ich angezeigt, dass ich nur noch "free" habe. Muss ich das bei dieser Zahlungsweise tatsächlich immer wieder neu einrichten? Gäbe es eine andere Möglichkeit, wenn ich kein paypal-Konto habe?

Thank you for your response. 

 

There exists no other account. And your list of payment method doesn't seem to be  complete. The amount was debited a few days later - without credit card or paypal 😉 

 

So at the moment everything works.

Now. If you're currently paying for a subscription but you can't see the Premium features, it's possible that you're accessing to a different secondary account. In this case, we suggest that you log out and log back in with your username and password.

 

At the moment, it's only possible to pay for the Premium for Family plan with a credit/debit card or a PayPal account.
