Hi there!

 

I'm trying to invite my brother to use the family premium however, it shows that he is unable to join as spotify could not verify he is living in the same address as me (address entered is the same address!) Please advise.

Besides using the online contact form, you can get in contact with Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares. They generally reply right away.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
