I have four users on my premium account.  My son and daughter have no issues but my other son and I cannot listen to spotify at the same time.  I noticed that I tried to send an invite to us both both for some reason it just states invite pending.  Please help.

Hello @Maxmom97,

 

It sounds like you have only one account. If you are paying for Spotify family, every member must have their own account. Hope this helps.

How do I set up an account?  It shows invite family members and I send the invite but it is grey and just says invite pending.

 

Set up an account as a free user with a different email and then invite that email with that different account.

If that was the solution please accept it as such.
