Alright, my problem is that after a while, my invited relatives, have been excluded because it was not possible to confirm the address, but we live in the same house, how is it possible?

I have the same problem. And I found no possibility to contact Spotify directly.

Would be really interested in the solution.

I managed to contact the support through facebook, I left my problem on messenger of facebook, and they answered me and solved the situation.
