Family Subscription Paused. Payment taken?

Hi Guys

 

My subscription has been paused but you have taken payment (ID available as paid via Paypal).

 

Please advise.

 

Cannot submit via contact form on site as it was down when I last checked and unusable.

 

Please advise/resolve or both

Hey @DancingDad,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I did not request the pause or cancel the service, Spotify paused it.

 

Payment was taken on 28.04 but we cannot access it.

 

They now tell me to resubscribe although I have already paid for this month.

 

Not happening and raised a dispute with Paypal.

I have had to re-order the family plan, stump up another sub cost and apply for a refund from Paypal.

 

Right old game that was!

 

PLUS you can only upgrade in Edge as GC and FF keep spinning the javascript error.

 

PITA but all done.
