Family Subscription Problem

Family Subscription Problem

I've signed my partner up for a family subscription. She previously had a free account and set up her account with facebook.

 

She's accepted the invite email however, when she tries to log in using facebook she gets a message saying 'login failed you can only use spotify abroad for 14 days' and cannot log in and use the premium features of her account.

 

Can anyone help?
