Hi all, 

 

I've upgraded to a Family Subscription but I've had the additional members kicked off the plan saying unable to verify details - I can't edit my own details to put in my Irish Postcode - so how do you propose I validate the details ?

Hey derektroy, I want to know a little more about the situation to improve my intervention. Can you tell me if your family member is connect to Spotify via Facebook or it s an original Spotify account? What kind of device is he/she using?(PC, Android, IPhone...)

I'm not a Spotify employe.
