Family Subscriptions

Family Subscriptions

Me and my family shared an accound, but found that difficoult, so we desided to make an family subscription. My father had trouble making an account, it said that tha e-mail adress already was taken, so he made an account on his job e-mail, but when he tried to log on it said that hes username or password was incorrect? i tried to cansle the subscription where we all used the same account, but i got an e-mail saying i have canseled the family subscription?? Wasn't i suppose to cansle that subscription? does it cansle itself? i don't want to pay doubble!
