Hello: Recently changed from premium to family. Only problem is my daughter (who was paying originally through Vodaphone) contacted Vodaphone & they cancelled her paying through them successfully. She then joined our family account. However on my list of users (as I'm the payer & main user) it only shows her email & that she is active but not her user name just her email address, it been like this for a week or so. (The rest of the family show the user name OK) Is this a problem? If not I'm happy to leave things as they are as she can use Spotify OK - Thanks.

Did she sign up to Spotify via Facebook?
Hello - No It was with Vodaphone & in her Spotify under 'account' any issues had to be done through Vodaphone but when she got Vodaphone to cancel it she said it reverted to free for a day or so until she joined the family account via the email I sent from my account. (as I've been told by her)
