Hi, i just updated my premium account to family premium and invited family members. One did not receive the invitation link at all and another does not get it working via invitation e-mail. In invitation email there is code, which does not work in login page. How to proceed?
Another question related to account, I need to change an email, how can I do that? Account is old and I cannot remember the original password.

You can edit your account info by logging into your Account Overview.
Can you ask them to check their spam/junk folders to see if the invites are there? If not, you can try inviting them using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
