Family account hijaceked! Suddenly unknown users appear. Again and again.

Hi, 

I seem to have lost control over my Family Premium Account. After having received an e-mail pretending beeing from spotify and asking me to confirm my e-mail address (just pressed confirm button, nothing more), my account is used by unknown users. I can remove them but after a while new unknown useres are invited and somtimes are already listening. Spotify support did not respond to me sofar. I log in using facebook, so I cannot just change my PW it seems. Any ideas or similar expereince?

oh no! Try changing your password in facebook. Since they are accessing your account by logging in thru facebook, I think that would solved the problem. Then try removing them again from the list. Also, please be careful next time when reading emails and clicking links. 🙂 

PS: I recommend making a Spotify account using email and not via facebook 🙂

Thanks! I have changed the PW already. I also can sign in with my e-mail address but different PW. I did not figure out where to change. I also cannot create a device Pw anymore. E-mail does not exist. Spotify sais.

So this means you have two Spotify accounts? You can actually changed it by logging into your Account > Settings > Change Password 🙂
