Family account invitation defaults to different account

Hi, 

Trying to send my son an invite to join the family account but when he accepts via email it defaults to an old account of his which has no association with the email on the link. Ive checked his spotify account that we are trying to linl and email is correct. Any answers?

I will do my best to help you here 🙂

 

As it appears your Son has an old account and if he no longer uses it I would recommend that he deletes that old account by following the steps here - this will isolate any possible future issues

If he does not want to do this, please cancel your invite to him, and then invite him. But this time, have him clear cookies/cache on his device first, and try in an incognito window.
