Family (since day 1 that was offered)

Device

(iPhone,iPad, MacBooks, iMac)

Operating System

(latest versions as of Jan20th2019)

 

 

My Question or Issue

 I run a family plan with 4 invited members.

All received emails to check if the accounts are run at the same location.

1 was OK, entered ZIP code and fine. Works at the first try with entering the ZIP code

2 others entered Zip code, error message like "OOPS something went wrong"

These 2 accounts are now downgraded to FREE

I can not add these accounts to the family account again.

Tried to send invitations, reject invitations etc.

Invitations are send from iMac, the mail invites are checked on iPhones.

After entering the requested data the error message is

"You can not join the Premium Family Abo" or, original in German

"Du kannst diesem Premium Family Abo nicht beitreten"
Any idea?

Contacted Spotify support via chat. Problem was solved in 5 minutes.
