Family account, "common" user for Sonos in living room

Family account, "common" user for Sonos in living room

I have a family account, three users, and wish to add a "common" account for Sonos in Living Room and Kitchen.

This must be a seperate account, so we are not interrupted when out training etc, as I now experience to be shut.

Have tried this: Add user on our common family email address (not any of our individual), but, is rejected with the message that it appears that I already have an account.

Can anybody please solve this?

Hey @r1100sdk,

 

You've probably already created a Spotify account under that email address. Can you try to lof into it?

 

If you don't know the password, try resetting it at https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/.

No, I made that email account for this specific purpose.
When i click the invitation link, I get rejected.

Thanks. You just made me realise I have to create my Spotify Account first, and then accept the invitation....
