Family account: second person cannot use premium account

Family account: second person cannot use premium account

Hello

 

I have opened a premium account for 3 persons (1+2 family option, i.e. one for the parents and one for each child). My first child is able to login as a premium member, but the other not. I have used the code, but I get the message that the second child cannot use the premium features.

 

Payment is set on 19.99 euros, hence 1+2!

 

Can you help? thanks

Have you already to tried to logout and login afterwards? Sometimes something simple as this already fixes the problem.

What does the subscription status on the online overview of the non-premium account say?

I contacted Spotify, because there was no way to do it myself. They had to change something. Not clear what went wrong, but they replied within 12 hours, which is great. Not it works!

The overview said: valid until Nov 2, then the account shoud become a free one. I contacted Spotify, because there was no way to do it myself. They had to change something. Not clear what went wrong, but they replied within 12 hours, which is great. Now it works!
