I manage a family account using mu facebook log in
I need to delete and deactivate mu facebook account and unable to log in to spotify without activating my fb again

How can switch my existing account to a new one without affecting the subscription of my family members?

Cant even find an option to change parent line, there's lots of improvement needed in account management. Like an option tp change your email address associated to the account. With proper verificAtion, of course.

Hey @Ninoroy13,

You could create a new account and then contact Spotify Support so they can move all your stuff (and cancel your current subscription) from your current account to a new one. However, they won't be able to move over the subscription so you'll have to re-subscribe to Premium for Family and then re-invite all Family members.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

How about the account of my family members? If i cancel my sunscription to create a new one
They will lose their saved data, right?

No but their account will revert back to Free and offline music will be removed from their devices.
