I have Spotify family me plus 1 but heS logged in using my information on a separate device why can't we listen to what we want at the same time??

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Spotify Community!

First of all, your family member needs to log out from your account and creates their own. They can create an account by heading over to this page.

After that, you'll need to send them an invitation to join your Spotify Family plan. To do so, just follow the steps here. Once they accepted your invitation, their account will be upgraded to the premium service and they can listen to their own music afterwards.
