My sister just got the family plan ... It works for my brother and sister ... But when i try to redeem it says that im in a different country .... How can i fix this ?

Please make sure that the country setting matches with the country setting of the plan owner.

Yeah .. we have the same country ... And basically sitting next to each other ... And its still not working ... Thanks for you help ..

Hmm that’s not cool! Are you using a VPN?

 

Also, can you try accepting the invite again, in a different browser/incognito window?

Im not... Ive tried using my cell phone, a tablet and a computer ..also tried a vpn and its still not working ...

Thanks for letting me know. The reason I ask if you’re using a VPN, is because this can sometimes interfere with things. Don’t worry, I wouldn’t recommend this.

 

If you’re still unable to join after following these steps: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/, under ‘Accept an Invite’ and trying

 

  1. A different browser
  2. An incognito window
  3. A desktop device

… i’d recommend reaching out to Support. They’ll be able to take a closer look backstage. You can do that here:
