Family account

Family account

On 12/7, I changed my premium to Family. My problem was that I had written the wrong owner on the Family account. I have then read that I need to unsubscribe from Family and then re-create. I can look at my account that it first unsubscribed Family on 8/12/18? why should it take several months?

hi renรฉ,

you probably already payed for this months premium so it won't cancel until the month's up. you should still be able to use until the months over even if it's canceled
