Family and changing country

Family and changing country

I've recently changed country from Sweden to France because of moving here. I've also created accounts for my kids, all French accounts. After creating the accounts I've invited them to my family account.  But they cannot accept my invite because my change of country seems to not have been fully executed. Will probably happen at next billing occasion. Is there any way of updating my country with imediate effect?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
