Family members can't access

i upgraded to family but when they try to follow the link it tells them it is invalid. i looked at my bank statement and i'm only charged for premium yet it let me send them their invites and shows me as family

I am having a similar problem - I am paying for family premium, but

can't get my wife on as a member - I get a message that both members need to be in the same country - we do travel for work, but most definitely live at the same address, wherever that may be.  I am frustrated!
