Family members kicked out

So my grandfather and cousin (living in the same house) were kicked out of spotify family. We are using it for months and now this? Reenter/Reinvite doesn't work because "spotify could check if the people live at the same address". What the **bleep**? Why I'm paying for that? After many years of spotify, i think to quit my subsciption.
