Family membership problems

Hi.

My mum has a premium family account and she is paying for it from a UK bank account. I live in holland with her and for some reason my account can not be added to the premium family membership. However my account is based from the netherlands, and I don't pay for it. Whenever I try to "accept invitation" from my email, and follow all the steps on the website it says "We couldn't add you to Premium for Family as your account needs to be based in the same country as the owner of the Premium for Family subscription"

How can I manage to fix this problem and add my account to the premium family membership?

i'll direct you to help. the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or support@spotify.com

 

if you let them know in as much detail as you can your problem, they should be able to have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
