Family package member got kicked out

Family package member got kicked out

My family premium package member got kicked out from the package and he's unable to join the package anymore. He input the correct address and keep getting the same error "You can't join this Premium for Family account. We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder." What happened?

Hey @Owch!

Alright, if you do actually live on the same address, you can contact someone from Spotify here or shoot them a tweet at @SpotifyCares. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours. Let me know if you have any other questions.

To be eligible for the family plan, everyone must live on the same address. You can read the terms and conditions here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
