Family plan Premium

I signed up for and was charged for the family premium on 5/31, I have not been able to add any family members, app did not contain any new buttons or prompts, I've tried now for 2 days to figure this out, and am extremely frustrated, I LOVE my spotify music and haven't had any problem yet, we NEED to be able to set up.multiple users and I'm already paying for it but cannot use it, help me fix this asap please!
