Family plan issue

Hello, i've recently bought a family plan and invited an account. Spotify says we're in different countries. It seems its a known issue and a lot of people are having the same problem. How can I solve this? In my profile the country is 'BR' and the other is 'br'. This is very annoying.

 

The accounts are:

I have edited your post to remove some Private Info 🙂

 

I suggest you go to this page and change both accounts to the same account (Your Country) 🙂

 

This should solve the issue 🙂

 

I have already tried this in both profiles. The form wont even show any
options but "Brazil". The thing is, as I said, my profile states that im
from "BR" and the other one is from "br" (lowercase).
