Family plan log in issues

I have a family premium plan. My husband is also on the plan. I recently sent an invite to my daughter. When she clicks on the email invite, it takes her to a log in screen. No place to put in her code. Nowhere does it say 'redeem token'. How can she log in? TIA

Does she have any trouble accepting the invite if she clicks on the email invite using an incognito window?
