Family plan: members does not have their own account

Hi

I have had a premium account with my mobile subscription. I has now ended and I changed my subscription to family so that my husband and son could have an account as well. We have followed the guide, but there is only one that can play at a time. How is that?

In the description on the family plan each member should have their own account an we should be able to listen to our own music at the same time...

I'm having the same problem. Used the codes and accessed as I trusted but still only one person can use downloaded music at a time. I've tweeted Spotify hoping for a response soon.
