Family plan not letting me confirm my GF

Family plan not letting me confirm my GF

I started a family plan with my GF around a month ans some days or weeks ago.

We've tried to verify the address on her account and nothing we do helps.

Now as info, I was recently hospitalized and we were not connecting from the same router as we have at home, obviously, and I don't know if this affects how are the location of de devices or accounts are located or confirmed,

There needs to be either a more flexible system or an easier way to confirm addresses, this is beyond frustrating and I rather not pay money if we're going to be having so much trouble to make soemthing as easy as confirm an address

First the obvious question. You do live in the same address? Otherwise it won't work (as far as I know). Beyond that it doesn't matter where you are since you both have your own accounts.
