Family plan problem

I'm trying to add my wife to my family plan but it's no working. It keeps saying that is an invalid address.

Both of our accounts are situated in Brazil and when I try to change her postal code it keeps saying that I have to choose a country, but that option is not available to change.

Her premium will be off in 3 days and I don't know what to do. I remember having an email to solve this kind of problems with a Brazilian technician, but I couldn't find it. We are in Canada right now and she will not be able to listen to music using a free account.
