Family plan problems."Mark this box if you want to continue"

I recently upgraded my spotify premium to spotify family for obvious reasons. Whilst confirming that all members of the family lives on the same address, I had to "mark this box in order to proceed", but the "box" is nowhere to be found. How should I proceed in order to continue?

Yepp but someone fixed the problem now i think!!!

Yupp. Just tried and now the check box is visible 🙂
