Family plan randomly stopped working

Family plan randomly stopped working

Hi my sister purchased the Spotify family plan recently and she sent me an invite and I entered in all the information and it worked but for some odd reason it just stopped and kicked me off randomly,and she still has the Spotify family plan paid for,she sent me another invite and I enter our address in exactly and it says "we couldnt confirm that you live in the same area"I've tried it multiple times and it still won't work please help,thank you

All members of a Premium for Family subscription must reside at the same physical address. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

 

If you live in the same address as your sister, please make sure that the address you provide matched what’s on file.

my subscription as a premium user switches to free. spotify couldn't verify the area code since im sending the right area code. this is the third time it happened. its really frustrating because we pay for it and they still charge us for it. hope they can fix this one
