Family plan says we are in different countries

Device: iPhone

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System iOS

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue

I have a family plan to which my wife was able to join but my brother, my father cant join even though we're in the same country in the same house! Any idea why? It keeps saying that we're in different countries. It just doesnt make any sense. I have used different browsers and I have the same issue still!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I'd recommend making sure that your father's account has set the same country setting as you do. This can be checked at https://spotify.com/account 🙂
