In my book that is misleading - 'weeks' implies less than 'months' ie 3/4/5/6 weeks. That announcement should have read 'upcoming months' not weeks as they obviously knew it was going to take that long.
Surely Spotify can give a realistic indication on when Spotify Family will be made available to Canadians. Or, if not, at least explain what the delays are (in some detail please, not a generic political answer).
Sorry for the rant but come on Spotify, please communicate effectively on a release date, before I (and other Canadians like me) start to seriously consider your competitors.
I just cancelled my sub until this gets sorted out. I'm paying way too much for this service as I have myself and 2 other family members who use Spotify. Hopefully Spotify will get their act together soon for us Canadians!
