Family plan: unable to add my daughter

Family plan: unable to add my daughter

I have tried several times adding my daughter's email address but I can't remember the password. I don't receive the password reset email. Spam is empty. I've tried several times already and haven't received any password reset email!
When I try to sign her in without a password, it says an account already exists under her email address but I cannot sign her in.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'd recommend double checking your junk/spam or other filtered email folders for a password reset email. If you're not getting an email, you might have to wait a bit before trying a new password reset, since the system might block multiple requests.


If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend trying this process using another network connection or mobile data. You can find more help with this in this Support article too.
