Family plan

I have problems to start a Premium Family Plan. The upgrade button is not working. Could you help me? Thanks

I have the exact same problem.  I had a free account, but when I click on the 'upgrade' button to go to a Premium Family account, nothing happens.  I tried it on different browsers and devices all with the same result.  I tried it again but only upgrading to the single-user Premium and the 'upgrade' button worked fine.  I tried again to upgrade from there to the Premium Family, but once again in this circumstance the 'upgrade' button goes back to doing nothing.

Same problem. Told my little brother I'd upgrade as a birthday gift to him. His birthday was monday and I still cannot get this darn link to work.

 

Boy do I feel like a **bleep** for not coming through for him.

 

Unbelievable that spotify doesnt have someone we can contact about this issue. One stop closer to cancelling it all together.

If you have a twitter account, go to spotify cares and make a complaint and they will get back to you.

Currently there is an issue that us RockStars and RisingStars are not yet aware of regarding Family Plan signups. The good news is that it is being looked into, and we'll update you as soon as we know more information.

 

If you'd like to provide some information over in the following thread, it would be most helpful to narrow down why it's not working for you, so Spotify can work on fixing the issue.
